Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PublishPuffin platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PublishPuffin is a multi-tenant autonomous content engine platform. The Service monitors industry events, generates SEO-optimized blog content, and publishes it to your WordPress website. Content is generated using artificial intelligence language models and image generators.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your brand voice profiles, knowledge base data, and configuration settings. Blog posts, images, social media content, and metadata generated by the Service are owned by you upon publication. PublishPuffin retains no ownership rights to generated content.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence models. While the Service includes quality validation steps, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing published content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate defamatory, obscene, or illegal content; impersonate individuals or organizations; distribute spam; violate any applicable law; or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Pricing is determined per-tenant through direct consultation. Payment is by invoice (net 30 days). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your tenant enters a 30-day suspension period. After the grace period, tenant data is permanently deleted. You may request a data export during suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

PublishPuffin total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. PublishPuffin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
